At Arabella London, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
